What we hold

Two kinds of data: the details you give us to open an account (your name, email or phone number), and the operational records you create while running your shop — sales, repairs, stock, customers and ledgers. That shop data belongs to you; we hold it so the app can work.

How we use it

To run the service, keep your account secure, and support you when you ask. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers that host the app on our behalf.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure in a Singapore region, with encrypted connections and automated backups. Access is restricted to what's needed to operate and support the service.

Your data is yours

You can export your customers, stock, sales, purchases and ledgers to CSV from inside the app at any time, and you can ask us to delete your workspace when you leave.
