Only if you say so. You create your own roles — Salesman, Technician, Manager, whatever you call them — and tick exactly what each one can do. Cost price, profit and shop-wide reports are separate permissions, checked on the server rather than just hidden on the screen.

No, once. Each branch keeps its own stock, sales and repair queue. Staff are pinned to their branch and see only that. You switch between branches from the top, and get one combined financial view for the whole business.

Neither do most of our shops. Send the amount on JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast or by bank transfer, send us the screenshot on WhatsApp, and we activate your account the same day. Nothing auto-renews and nothing is ever taken without you sending it.

No. Any computer with a browser works. If you already own a USB barcode scanner or a thermal printer, both are supported. If you don't, you can search items by name and print on ordinary paper until you're ready.

Take your data with you. Customers, stock, sales, purchases and ledgers all export to CSV from inside the app, any time you like — including after you've decided to stop. Your books belong to you, not to us.
