Which one do I need?+
Kiryana, general or departmental store: Sabt Retail POS. Mobile phone, accessories or repair shop: Sabt Mobile POS. Not sure? Ask us on WhatsApp.
What is the difference between Retail Basic and Pro?+
Basic is everything for selling at the counter: barcode billing, receipts, returns, stock, price tags, day close and your monthly profit. Pro adds udhaar (khata), purchases from suppliers, full reports, cartons and dozens at their own price, staff logins and more.
What happens when my 6-month or 1-year plan ends?+
You get a reminder 14 days before, then 7 extra days. After that you can still see all your records, reports and backups, but new sales stop until you renew. Renew early and the unused days carry over.
Can I move from Basic to Pro later?+
Yes. You pay only the difference and get a new key. Nothing is lost: all your sales, stock and records stay.
Do I need the internet?+
No for Sabt Retail POS and Sabt Mobile POS on your shop computer; they work fully offline. The online version of Sabt Mobile POS needs internet, and in return works on any phone or computer and across branches.
Will my staff see my buying prices?+
No. Cost prices and profit can be hidden from cashiers; only the owner sees them.
